The main-into-branch merge (c55c698) pulled in the openemr-demo revert (PR #286) and silently deleted 55 project files with no conflict marker, since this branch hadn't touched them directly. Restoring from 568c37d (last good state before that merge) and re-adding the openemr-rpa rows to the root READMEs, also dropped by the revert. Co-Authored-By: Claude Sonnet 5 <noreply@anthropic.com>
