History not exist

Even after adding List<_RouteEntry> get history => _history;
in Navigator State class... An error " A value of type 'List<_RouteEntry>' can't be assigned to a variable of type 'List<Route>" is thrown.
Please guide.

Flutter version is 1.20.1
