FlutterFlow project not accessible — gray screen on desktop & web?

Can we access your project?

• I give permission for members of the FlutterFlow team to access and test my project for the sole purpose of investigating this issue.

Current Behavior

I’m running FlutterFlow Desktop on my Mac and when I log in, I’m just getting a big gray box where my project should be. I can’t access anything.

I tried logging in through the web version too, and it’s doing the exact same thing there.

Is anyone else experiencing this right now? Trying to figure out if this is just me or if FlutterFlow is having a broader issue/bug.

EDIT: I found a workaround.

I switched Projects display from Grid View to List View. As soon as I changed it to List View, my project showed up and I was able to access it.

Same Here ( Win 10 - Google Chrome ) , The issue has been temporarily resolved as suggested, we hope the Flutterflow team will officially fix the bug in the next update.

Hi @getgroundscore! Thanks for flagging this - I'm taking a look.

I'm not able to immediately replicate this issue, so it would be helpful if you could reply so we can get to the bottom of this:

When you switched to List View, you could see your projects - if you switched back to Grid View, could you see them, or is Grid View permanently not working?

We have found the source of the issue and deployed a fix 🔧

To summarise the issue: this affected users who had a splash image set on their project, where the width of the splash had been set to infinite. Like this: Our new dashboard UI wasn't handling this case, and caused the project tile to fail to build.
