The storybook group bump (#893) left the v8-era packages that Storybook 9/10 folded into core (addon-essentials, addon-interactions, blocks, test), which broke the build with export mismatches. Remove them, import fn from the core 'storybook/test' export, promote @testing-library/user-event to a direct devDependency (it only resolved transitively via @storybook/test), and drop the app's PWA vite plugin in viteFinal — its precache manifest has no assets in a Storybook build and fails it.
