Feed URL nuget.pkg.github.com/ChrisonSimtian → /Fallout-build (release.yml + consumer docs) + CODEOWNERS → @Fallout-build/maintainers. Needed before the next v2026.* tag publishes. Sibling of #345. Feed stays PAT-gated (#344). Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 4.8 (1M context) <noreply@anthropic.com>
