This is a pure internal refactor that deprecates Onyx.connect() for the ONYXKEYS.CONCIERGE_REPORT_ID key (part of the parent effort). It threads conciergeReportID as an explicit parameter through the addComment → addActions call chain instead of reading it via Onyx.connect.

There is no user-facing behavior change — no new or modified features, tabs, settings labels, or buttons. Concierge chat detection works exactly as before; only the plumbing for how the report ID is obtained has changed. Because nothing customer-visible changed, no draft help site PR was created.
