[No QA] Docs updates for E/A#94685 clarify Card statements for Expensify Card workspaces

Explanation of Change

Follow-up to the behavior change in #94685, which $ #94667 so the Card statements entry under Spend > Accounting now appears for workspaces whose only card feed is the Expensify Card (previously it was hidden because hasCardFeed excludes the Expensify Card feed).

The help site article Accounting-Search-Shortcuts.md documents when each Accounting search shortcut appears. Its FAQ stated that Card accruals and Card statements simply "require a card feed", which is ambiguous about whether the Expensify Card counts. Now that the product explicitly shows Card statements for Expensify Card–only workspaces, this clarifies that a connected company card feed or the Expensify Card satisfies the requirement.

Change:

• Why don't I see all Accounting search shortcuts? FAQ: clarified that Card accruals and Card statements require a card feed — a company card feed or the Expensify Card.

Reviewed but not changed:

• Statement-Matching-and-Reconciliation.md — its FAQ ("appears only when your workspace has at least one company card feed connected") is scoped specifically to the company card reconciliation workflow (its internalScope explicitly excludes Expensify Card reconciliation), so that troubleshooting answer remains accurate for the workflow it describes. Flagging it here in case you'd prefer it also mention the Expensify Card.
