[No QA] Docs updates for E/A#94685 Card statements shortcut for Expensify Card-only workspaces

Why this docs update is needed

Expensify/App#94685 changed when the Card statements Accounting search shortcut appears. It now shows on Expensify Card-only paid workspaces (where the only card is the Expensify Card), matching the existing behavior of Card accruals. Previously Card statements required a connected company card feed and Company cards enabled.

The help article Accounting Search Shortcuts stated that Card accruals and Card statements require "a card feed," which no longer reflects the behavior — both shortcuts also appear when Expensify Cards are enabled.

• Who can use Accounting search shortcuts: added Expensify Cards as a qualifying condition alongside reimbursements and a connected card feed.
• FAQ — Why don't I see all Accounting search shortcuts?: updated the Card accruals / Card statements requirement to "a connected card feed or Expensify Cards."
