Tests

Precondition: A private domain account with workspace and an existing verified business bank account

1. Delete all existing workspaces
2. Create a new workspace with no other members
3. Navigate to Members and verify there are no other members
4. Navigate to Account Settings and then to Wallet
5. Tap the three-dot menu on the business bank account
6. Verify that the Share button is NOT visible

It adheres to proper capitalization guidelines (note: only the first word of header/labels should be capitalized), and is either coming verbatim from figma or has been approved by marketing (in order to get marketing approval, ask the Bug Zero team member to add the Waiting for copy label to the issue)
  • I verified proper file naming conventions were followed for any new files or renamed files. All non-platform specific files are named after what they export and are not named "index.js". All platform-specific files are named for the platform the code supports as outlined in the README.
  • I verified the JSDocs style guidelines (in STYLE.md) were followed
• If a new code pattern is added I verified it was agreed to be used by multiple Expensify engineers
• I followed the guidelines as stated in the Review Guidelines
• I tested other components that can be impacted by my changes (i.e. if the PR modifies a shared library or component like Avatar, I verified the components using Avatar are working as expected)

This PR is a bug fix to the eligible-share-recipient logic in src/libs/PolicyUtils.ts. It filters Expensify internal team/guide emails out of the bank account share list (and consequently hides the Share button when the workspace has no other eligible admins), unless the policy is Expensify-owned or the current user is on the Expensify team.

The relevant help article, Share Verified Business Bank Account, already documents the intended behavior:

Note: Bank accounts can only be shared with Workspace Admins.

This fix makes the product match what the docs already say — Expensify guides are internal staff, not customer Workspace Admins, and were never meant to appear in the share list. No documented customer-facing feature, label, or flow was added or changed, so no App/docs/articles updates are needed and no draft PR was created.
