Explanation of Change

The PR bumps the version of the react-native-onyx package to 2.0.104. Additionaly, few more keys are added to the evictableKeys array in Onyx.init to prevent memory leaks: (ONYXKEYS.COLLECTION.REPORT_ACTIONS_DRAFTS, ONYXKEYS.COLLECTION.REPORT_ACTIONS_PAGES, ONYXKEYS.COLLECTION.REPORT_ACTIONS_REACTIONS).

• If a new code pattern is added I verified it was agreed to be used by multiple Expensify engineers
