Update condition for NavigationBar visibility based on keyboard state

Explanation of Change

I refactored the logic so that the gray navigation bar is hidden while the keyboard is animating, rather than when the keyboard is fully visible. This ensures that the 'Change Default Skin Tone' option is not greyed out.
