7. In a new window, Login with a new account B that is not member of any workspace with invoices and has never release fil
8. Verify that invoices category is not visible in the Search LHN
9. Go back to User A and send an invoice to user B, make sure that user B is not present in workspace
10. Veriy that invoices category is not visible in the Search LHN

• If a new code pattern is added I verified it was agreed to be used by multiple Expensify engineers
• I followed the guidelines as stated in the Review Guidelines
• I tested other components that can be impacted by my changes (i.e. if the PR modifies a shared library or component like Avatar, I verified the components using Avatar are working as expected)
• I verified all code is DRY (the PR doesn't include any logic written more than once, with the exception of tests)

Bug: when an invoice is sent to a user, invoice type search is visible in search LHN. even tho the user isn't part of any workspace.
