Fix central screen is blank when using search shortcut from attachment preview

Details

After refresh on attachment preview, only bottom navigator and report attachment are in the nav stack. When we go to search page through shortcut, we can see a blank central screen.

1. Open any chat with an attachment (send one of doesn't exist)
2. Open the attachment
3. Refresh the web
4. Use CTRL+K shortcut
5. Verify the search page is open, the attachment preview is closed, and a report screen is shown behind the overlay

Can't use shortcut, so just make sure the user can still access the attachment preview

There's a bug if you press the shortcut CMD+K quickly after the preview show, it will bring back the attachment preview screen. Check on staging it doesn't reproducible, but on the latest main it does. So confirmed is not from this PR.
