Make sure we call OpenProfile action/API call even if we're accessing the page directly

Details

We're not calling the openProfile action when we access the profile page directly. So instead, utilize useEffect to call this when the page initializes.

1. Be on an account that has lounge access (AKA is paying for a subscription or is part of a current paid policy)
2. Log out of new.expensify.com if you are not logged out already
3. Go to https://new.expensify.com/settings/profile directly in the browser by pasting into the URL
4. Sign in
5. Make sure that you can see the Lounge Access Menu Item

• Verify that no errors appear in the JS console

Offline tests

1. Log into the app
2. Go offline.
3. Navigate to settings -> profile
4. Make sure you can do so without issue. (Your lounge access status will just reflect whatever was most recent in the App)

  • The file has a description of what it does and/or why is needed at the top of the file if the code is not self explanatory
• If a new CSS style is added I verified that:
  • A similar style doesn't already exist
  • The style can't be created with an existing StyleUtils function (i.e. StyleUtils.getBackgroundAndBorderStyle(themeColors.componentBG))

Why do we want to call openProfile any time props.currentUserPersonalDetails changes? 🤔 I assumed we'd only want to call the function the first time we open the profile page - similar to the old componentDidMount

I had an issue where myPersonalDetails was not initialized yet when calling openProfile so I thought maybe it would be better to just pass it in 🤔

But I guess I can return early in openProfile if myPersonalDetails are not there yet? What do you think?

Yes you can add earlier return - that if you do not have myPersonalDetails you should not openProfile

Oof so I guess if we do the early return (if props. currentUserPersonalDetails doesn't exist, return) then we'll have to keep props.currentUserPersonalDetails as a dependency, right?
