Issue was found when executing PR #9665

Action Performed:

Precondition: Account B requested money

1. Navigate to staging.new URL
2. Navigate to chat where account have request money
3. Tap on 'Pay"
4. Go to offline

Expected Result:

Offline message should be displayed

Actual Result:

No message about offline status when user disable the internet connection in Detail Page
