Action Performed:
- Upload a CSV batch for a card transactions in New Expensify.
- Confirm the card is assigned and expenses are processed.
- Upload a second CSV batch for the same card number.
- Observe that New Expensify does not allow the user to map or assign the expenses to the existing card again.
Expected Result:
Users should be able to upload multiple CSV batches for the same card number and manually assign them to that card each time, consistent with Expensify Classic.
Actual Result:
The upload is blocked with an error indicating that the card is already assigned.
