Action Performed:

  1. Upload a CSV batch for a card transactions in New Expensify.
  2. Confirm the card is assigned and expenses are processed.
  3. Upload a second CSV batch for the same card number.
  4. Observe that New Expensify does not allow the user to map or assign the expenses to the existing card again.

Expected Result:

Users should be able to upload multiple CSV batches for the same card number and manually assign them to that card each time, consistent with Expensify Classic.

Actual Result:

The upload is blocked with an error indicating that the card is already assigned.
