Action Performed:

Pre-condition: Have workspace with workflows enabled, submission enabled and approval & payment disabled

1. Launch app
2. Open workspace chat
3. Create a distance manual expense
4. Go forced offline
5. Tap mark as done
6. Note LHN

Expected Result:

After tapping mark as done, green dot must not be shown in lhn in offline.

Actual Result:

After tapping mark as done, green dot is shown in lhn in offline as there is no pending task.
