On the Workspace > HR page, add descriptive copy below the "Connections" header to match the pattern already used on the Accounting page.

The Accounting page reads:

Connect to your accounting system to code transactions with your chart of accounts, auto-match payments, and keep your finances in sync.

The HR page currently has no such copy below its "Connections" header — just the section title and the Gusto row.

Why

• Provides consistency across Workspace settings pages.
• Helps admins understand what connecting an HR system enables before they click Connect.

What's needed

• Copy for the HR Connections section, written in the same tone/length as the Accounting copy above.
• Implementation to render the copy below the "Connections" header on the HR page.
