Action Performed:

Prerequisite: Use an account with no copilot delegators.

  1. Open the Expensify app.
  2. Navigate to "Settings" > "Copilot"
  3. Note that "You can access these accounts" and "You don´t have access to any account yet" messages are not visible.

Expected Result:

"You can access these accounts" card and "You don´t have access to any account yet" row should be visible on "Copilot" page when account has no delegators yet.

Actual Result:

"You can access these accounts" card and "You don´t have access to any account yet" row are not displayed on account with no delegator.
