Device used: Motorola MotoG60 / Android 12 (Hybrid app) - Windows 11 / Chrome
App Component: Money Requests

Action Performed:

Prerequisite: Account has at least one workspace.

1. Open the Expensify app.
2. Open any workspace chat.
3. Create a manual expense with a category. (For example: Advertising"
4. Open the just created expense.
5. Ask Concierge "Update this transaction category to Benefits"
   6, Note that category is updated and a "Changed this category to Benefits" system message appears.
6. Ask Concierge to "Update this transaction category to Benefits" again.
7. Note that a "Changed the expense" system message is displayed.

Expected Result:

When user asks to update an expense´s category to the same one that is already selected, a system message showing that action is not possible should be displayed.

Actual Result:

"Changed the expense" system message is displayed when user asks to update a category expense to the same one that is already selected.
