[Due for payment 2026-07-08] Add Bank account to filters in Search

Problem

We have multiple Expensify Card feeds that settle from different bank accounts.

When trying to reconcile the settlements, all Expensify Card settlements are returned making it hard to reconcile a single bank account.

Solution

Add Bank account as a filter option in Search (it already exists as a column option)

Implementation details:
We need to support passing a bankAccountID in the jsonQuery filters AST under the key bankAccount. This will consist of a FE and BE change. This filter will only be available for expenses
