Action Performed:

Preconditions: User has 2 Workspaces with Per Diem enable but only add Per Diem rate to the default Workspace

1. Open the NewDot app
2. Navigate to the SelfDM
3. Tap on + button -> Create expense -> Per Diem tab
4. Select any destination

Expected Result:

No not here page

Actual Result:

Not here page appear briefly after select a destination
