Action Performed:

1. Launch app
2. Create workpace
3. Enable per diem and import per diem rate
4. Open workspace chat
5. Create per diem expense with description <google.com>
6. Open the expense created
7. Note default description is shown

Expected Result:

Manually entered description must not changes to default description in per diem expense.

Actual Result:

Manually entered description changes to default description in per diem expense.
