Device used: Mac 26.2 / Chrome
App Component: Money Requests

Action Performed:

1. Go to staging.new.expensify.com
2. Open 1:1 DM with any user.
3. Click + > Pay.
4. Enter amount > Next.
5. On confirm page, add a receipt and click Mark as paid.
6. Open the report.
7. Hover over the receipt.
8. Click Add button.
9. Upload an attachment.

Expected Result:

The attachment will be uploaded in the expense report.

Actual Result:

The attachment is uploaded in "marked as paid" system message thread instead of expense report.
