Action Performed:

1. Go to https://staging.new.expensify.com and log in with any account
2. Click to add attachment
3. Select mp4 video and tap Send
4. Refresh the page

Expected Result:

Newly uploaded MP4 file should show mp4 tag

Any attachment should show up as [Attachement] right after being uploaded.

Actual Result:

Should be External. I have tried it locally and the I can see the preview file name shows for zip/mp4 what I have tried but not for images, which I guess is intentional.
