App Component: Money Requests

Action Performed:

1. Launch app
2. Create workspace
3. Change plan to control
4. Invite a member
5. Enable all options in workflow ( submission frequency, approval and payment)
6. Go to workspace chat
7. Create 2 distance manual expense
8. Go offline - Select both expense and move expense to new report
9. In empty report, from top dropdown, tap submit in context menu
10. Now badge changed to "outstanding"
11. In empty report, from top dropdown, tap change approver in context menu and select a approver
12. In empty report, from top dropdown, tap change approver and select bypass approver
13. Go online
14. Note badge changed to "draft" and waiting for approver to approve message is shown initially incorrect
15. Clear all error messages shown below and Revisit the page
16. Note correct waiting to add expense is shown

Expected Result:

When a report has no active expenses (after moving all expenses out):

Submit and approver-related actions should not be available in offline mode.

The report status should not change to “Outstanding”

Actual Result:

When all expenses are moved out of a report in offline mode:
Empty report still allows:
Submit action
Change Approver
Bypass Approver
The report status changes to “Outstanding”

After going back online:
The report reverts to “Draft”
Incorrect “waiting for approver” message is briefly shown
Errors appear

After clearing errors, correct state (“waiting to add expense”) is finally shown.
