App Component: Money Requests

Action Performed:

1. Launch app
2. Create 2 workspaces
   *Tax - tax enabled
   *Non tax - tax not enabled
3. Open non tax workspace chat
4. Create a manual expense entering merchant
5. Open tax enabled workspace
6. Create a manual expense entering merchant
7. Change tax rate to 5%
8. Tap more - merge
9. Select second option in all section in details and continue
10. Tap merge
11. Scroll down and note skeleton is shown in top section
12. Navigate back using top arrow
13. Note skeleton and hmm not here page shown
14. Tap top arrow and note tax workspace chat page is shown
15. Open non tax workspace chat
16. Open the merged expense
17. Scroll down and note changed tax rate system message is shown

Expected Result:

The merged report should load normally without skeleton loader.
Navigating back should not show “Hmm, not here”.
No tax-related system message should appear in a tax-not-enabled workspace.

Actual Result:

A skeleton loader appears after merge in top section of page when scroll down the page.
Navigating back briefly shows skeleton and “Hmm, not here” page.
In the tax-not-enabled workspace, the merged expense shows a “Tax rate changed” system message.
Note: loading issue in android, system message in web too
