[ECUK][In-App 3DS] Improve UX for double authentication during registration

We need some changes to our planned biometrics and passkey flows.

Registration

1. magic code
2. soft prompt
3. soft prompt button spins
4. first biometrics over soft prompt (includes ios system prompt)
5. navigate to "authenticating..." loading screen (with illustration on it?)
6. second biometrics over loading screen
7. success/failure screen

Authorization/Authentication

1. User presses something in whatever flow (reveal pin, authorize transaction)
2. navigate to authenticating... loading screen
3. system biometrics over loading screen
4. success/failure screen...?
