App Component: Chat Report View

Action Performed:

1. Open Android App
2. Attach or try to send a video in any chat
3. Play the video
4. Try to pause or after the video shown once try to replay

Expected Result:

The video should be paused at any time and replayed

Actual Result:

The playback control is not visible after the video start
The video can't be replayed (play button is unresponsive)

Workaround:
