Feature Description

Make view:bar render a bar chart

• src/components/Search/index.tsx - Conditionally render SearchBarChart when queryJSON.view === 'bar' instead of SearchList

Manual Test Steps

1. Type view:bar into search field
2. Make sure group-by also gets selected with default as category
3. Make sure date range gets auto-set as last month
4. Make sure bar chart is rendered as mocked up in design doc
5. Update other filters (e.g. date range) and verify the bar chart updates accordingly
6. Switch to view:table and make sure all filters/groups stay the same and view mode is successfully updated to table
