Action Performed:

1. Open global search (e.g., Cmd + K)
2. Start typing a person’s name
3. Wait for search results to populate
4. Hover over a name halfway down the list
5. Press the Down Arrow key once

Expected Result:

The top result in the search list should be selected/highlighted.

Actual Result:

If the cursor is hovering anywhere over the results, it jumps to that

I can reproduce this.
Steps:

1. Hover over an item
2. Start typing in the search box
3. Then press the Down or Up arrow and verify that two items become selected.
