Action Performed:

1. Go to https://staging.new.expensify.com
2. Log in with any account
   3.Go offline
   4.Go to Account > Profile > Status
   5.Click on the Vacation delegate row
   6.Select a user
   7.Hover over the Vacation delegate row

Expected Result:

There is padding between the error message and the Vacation delegate row while hovering over it

Actual Result:

The error message overlaps the Vacation delegate row while hovering over it

Workaround:
