App Component: Search

Action Performed:

1. Go to staging.new.expensify.com
2. Go to workspace chat.
3. Create an expense with foreign currency.
4. Go to Reports > Expenses.
5. Click Columns.
6. Select Exchange rate and click Save.
7. Go offline.
8. Open the expense and change the expense currency to another foreign currency.
9. Close the RHP.
   BUG 1: Exchange rate updates the new currency while maintaining the old rate.
10. Open the expense and change the expense currency to workspace default currency.
11. Close the RHP.
    BUG 2: Exchange rate does not disappear and shows MYR/MYR rate.

Expected Result:

BUG 1: Exchange rate should only update after regaining connection.
BUG 2: Exchange rate should disappear after changing to workspace default currency.

Actual Result:

BUG 1: Exchange rate updates the new currency while maintaining the old rate.
BUG 2: Exchange rate does not disappear and shows MYR/MYR rate.
