Action Performed:

1. Go to staging.new.expensify.com
2. Go to workspace chat.
3. Create a negative expense.
4. Open the expense report.
5. Click More > Split.
6. Go to Percentage tab.
7. Change the percentage amount on any split.

Expected Result:

The new amount will have negative sign after changing percentage.

Actual Result:

The new amount does not have negative sign after changing percentage.
