Action Performed:

Break down in numbered steps

  1. User the app (no specific reproduction steps)
  2. The Splash screen appears
  3. User is unable to exit that state even with clearing cache

Expected Result:

Describe what you think should've happened

Users should never get to such hard to recover from state

Actual Result:

Describe what actually happened

The user is stuck at the splash screen and they are not able to exit that easily

Workaround:

Can the user still use Expensify without this being fixed? Have you informed them of the workaround?
