Action Performed:

1. Go to https://staging.new.expensify.com/
2. Create a workspace
3. Go to Workspace chat and send any message

Expected Result:

There should be a small vertical margin/padding between the last message and the composer

Actual Result:

No vertical spacing between the last message and the composer

Workaround:
