Action Performed:

1. Go to https://staging.new.expensify.com/
2. Sign up using a Gmail address.
3. Complete the onboarding flow by selecting 'Something else'
4. Create a workspace
5. If you signed up with a Gmail address with “+”, navigate to Concierge chat. Otherwise, go to #admins.
6. Go to the tasks: Set up tags, Set up categories, and Invite your team

Expected Result:

All tasks should display Step 2.

Actual Result:

Step 2 is missing.

Please re-state the problem that we are trying to solve in this issue.

In the onboarding flow, three tasks are missing "Step 2" in their numbered instruction lists:

• Set up tags task
• Set up categories task
• Invite your team task

When users follow these onboarding tasks, the steps jump from "1. Click Workspaces" directly to "3. Select your workspace", skipping step 2. This creates confusion and makes the instructions appear incomplete or incorrect.

What is the root cause of that problem?

The root cause is a simple numbering error in the task descriptions. When the instructions were written, step 2 ("2. Select your workspace.") was accidentally omitted, causing the subsequent steps to be numbered incorrectly.

Looking at the code in App/src/languages/en.ts:

1. setupCategoriesTask (lines 2585-2589):

1. Click Workspaces.
2. Select your workspace. // ❌ Should be step 2
3. Click Categories.
4. Disable any categories you don't need.
