Action Performed:

Preconditions: Use the Expensifail account
User is an Admin and has invited an Employee to the Workspace member
Admin changed the Workspace settings > Reports and set the Default report title to: “Report status {report:status}” and save

1. Log in to NewDot as the Employee
2. Create and submit an expense in the Workspace chat
3. Another environment, as the Admin creates and submits an expense

Expected Result:

Verify the report name is updated from “Report status Open” to “Report status Processing” (or "Submitted" depending on exact policy state) for all users in the Workspace

Actual Result:

The report title only affects the admin side; on the employee side, the report displays briefly "Report status Open" and after that displays as numbers
