Expected Result:

Chats in LHN to be properly ordered with most-recent chats at the top

Actual Result:

Some One-to-one chats are not shown in LHN.
After refreshing the page, possibly multiple times, missing reports reappear.
Some more context. The new chats aren't showing in LHN and even when user sends or receives a message from another user, they're still not showing in LHN and user can't find the chat by scrolling through all of the chats showing in LHN.
