1. Launch app
2. Open workpace chat
3. Tap plus icon - track distance
4. Turn off internet
5. Enter a waypoint as start
6. Enter different waypoint as stop

Expected Result:

Duplicate waypoints error must not be shown while creating distance expense offline

Duplicate waypoints error is shown while creating distance expense offline

This one seems suspicious: #75116, although I'm not sure that this needs to block deploy since it's such an edge case.
