Action Performed:

1. Upload a video.
2. Click the three dots > Playback Speed.
3. Select any playback speed option.
4. Click the three dots again.
5. Notion Playback Speed menu already opened and two options highlighted

Expected Result:

Only the selected playback speed option should be highlighted.

Actual Result:

The Playback Speed menu opens with two options highlighted.
