[Due for payment 2025-12-31] Don't inject search syntax into the NewDot search field unless the user explicitly enters it #75087

Description

@jamesdeanexpensify

Background

Coming from this convo, we'd like to make the search bar cleaner when the user is clicking around and filtering within the Reports page of NewDot.

Details

When you click around the different sections of the Reports page in NewDot, you notice that different search syntaxes populate in the search field, like so:

2025-11-13_11-49-43.copy.mp4

The syntaxes also populate when you set filters manually, like so:

2025-11-13_11-51-52.mp4

Expected result

We don't want the search field to populate with syntaxes in these cases. It should instead stay completely empty for a cleaner experience. The only case where we want search syntax in the search field is when the user enters it manually. Thanks!
