Action Performed:

1. Login with gmail account
2. Go offline
3. Create a chat with a user A and send a message
4. Go online
5. Go to FAB> Start chat
6. Look at the suggestions list on Start chat page

Expected Result:

User A should be present in suggestions list

Actual Result:

Starting a chat suggestion list is empty. Only Concierge chat is present

Starting a chat suggestion list is empty. Only Concierge chat is present

What is the root cause of that problem?

After going online, the backend returns the personal detail of user A without login due to the security. Then the report doesn't display in recent chat option because option.login is undefined.

I noticed that with this fix, the subtitle will not display the user email and entering the user email can't find this report until the personal detail has the login data of this user.

I reproduced. Here's repro step:

1. Login with new gmail account
2. Go offline
3. Create a chat with gocemate+b2155032@gmail.com and send a message
4. Go online
5. Go to FAB> Start chat
6. Look at the suggestions list on Start chat page
   Result: Starting a chat suggestion list is empty. Only Concierge chat is present
