Action Performed:

Precondition:

• Account has self DM and no workspace

1. Go to staging.new.expensify.com
2. Go to self DM
3. Create an expense
4. Open the expense report
5. Click Report
   → Upgrade page opens - Expected
6. Go to Reports > Expenses
7. Select the expense via checkbox
8. Click dropdown menu > Move expense
9. Click Create report

Expected Result:

Upgrade page should open because the account does not have workspace

Actual Result:

The report is moved to a report with unknown original
The new report header subtitle link does not redirect
There is a submit button when it is not a workspace expense
