Chat moves up a bit when new message is received on mWeb Safari only

Action Performed:

1. Open a room and scroll to an earlier message (fastly)
2. Stay on a specific message (to read it or something)
3. Send a new message to that room
4. Notice chat view is moving around when a new message is received

Expected Result:

The user should stay in the same position

Actual Result:

The user moves up by the size of the new message when it is received. We have fixed it for iOS, Android and Android browser but it persists for mWeb Safari on iOS.
