Payments page - When hover over Bank, pointer displayed and not clickable

1. Open app
2. Login to any account with bank connected through OldDot
3. Hover over the bank details

Expected Result:

When mouse turns into a pointer, it is implying that the row is clickable

Actual Result:

Mouse turns into a pointer, implying that the row is clickable. However, when you click on it, nothing happens.
PayPal.me is clickable and opens Paypal details page

This isn't a bug, it's the building blocks of the feature to allow a user to tap the row and set a default payment method that's coming in this PR.

Ah ok. So am I on some beta? I would think we wouldn't want to show broken UI in the live app.

I just tested this on a fresh account, and adding the bank account and debit card payment methods are not behind the wallet beta. @kevinksullivan is going to bring that up in the channel. In the meantime though Puneet, Stites' PR has 2 out of 3 approvals, so it's almost through review to effectively fix what you reported in the OP.
