App Component: Money Requests

Action Performed:

1. Go to staging.new.expensify.com
2. Go to workspace chat.
3. Submit an expense to the workspace chat.
4. Click + > Create expense > Manual.
5. Enter amount > Next.

Expected Result:

RHP opens confirm page.

Actual Result:

RHP reopens amount input page when submitting another expense after submiting expense.

When amount is reentered, To field on the confirm page also changes to default workspace.
