Action Performed:

Precondition:

1. When admin make changes member should be on group chat detail page

Steps:

1. Navigate to a Group chat that you are an admin of
2. Navigate to the details page by clicking the "header"
3. Tap “Group name” row
4. Change the name of the Group chat
5. Click the "Save" button
6. Check the member's side detail page

Expected Result:

Edited group name should update in real time

Actual Result:

Group chat name does not update in real time when admin or member change it

Group chat name does not update in real time when admin or member change it

What is the root cause of that problem?

We get the report name without any other parameter, then we get the cached report name from attributes. The problem is ReportDetailsPage doesn't subscribe to the reportAttributes from Onyx, so it is not re-rendered when we get the report name

We should subscribe to the reportAttributes and pass it to getReportName function here

What is the root cause of that problem?

The group chat name did not update in real time when an admin changed it because the UI was only using the report object to calculate the name, missing other dependencies (like personalDetails, and invoiceReceiverPolicy).

To resovle this issue we update the reportName calculation to match the pattern used in [HeaderView](https://github.com/Expensify/App/blob/3f5d22a65a273d758a4210e80febf85071b9e26f/src/pages/home/HeaderView.tsx#L135)
