[Due for payment 2025-09-04] Payment issue for E/App PR#69168 - Fix build issue on main

App builds were failing on main due to an error introduced here.

The reason behind the crash was .toSorted function that is not suppored by Hermes yet. I replaced it with .sort and it's working as expected.

Issue created to compensate the Contributor+ member for their work on #69168
E/E issue linked to the PR - no internal issue.

Wait 7 days after the PR is deployed to production before issuing payment in case there are regressions.
