We have some reports of migrated users who are switched to the focus mode that they are seeing the focus mode modal, even if that should not be the case for them given all the focus mode nvp data is set correctly. https://expensify.slack.com/archives/C07NMDKEFMH/p1755774982630179

Lets identify the issue in App - seems like some race condition to fix these.
